DMW Assistant Secretary Maria Regina Galias and DMW-NCR Regional Director Falconi Millar, along with other teams from the DMW and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), met with the repatriates and provided them with immediate assistance and whole-of-government support.
The Filipinos, who arrived home through Saudia Flight SV 870 at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, also received financial and transportation assistance from the DMW and OWWA, as well as medical assistance from the airport’s medical staff.
